C20 (EN) – The Cybercrisis is coming, but what happens in the event of a Systemic Crisis?

The increasing number of incidents is pushing organisations to prepare themselves by carrying out cyber crisis management exercises. But what if this crisis affects all organisations in a sector of activity? If the “most important organisations” have set up SOCs and CERTs and the sharing of information through these circles works fairly well and fairly speedily, what about the VSEs/SMEs which today correspond the majority of the French economy? And worse if this Cyber crisis was international?
